hotii aa_ii hai ke achchho.n ko buraa kahate hai.n
aaj ham apanii pareshaanii-e-Khaatir un se
kahane jaate to hai.n, par dekhiye kyaa kahate hai.n
agale vaqto.n ke hai.n ye log, i.nhe.n kuchh na kaho
jo may-o-naGme.n ko a.ndoharuubaa kahate hai.n

dil me.n aa jaa_e hai, hotii hai jo fursat Gash se
aur phir kaun se naale ko rasaa kahate hai.n?

hai par-e-sarahad-e-idaraak se apanaa masjuud
qible ko, ahal-e-nazar, qiblaanumaa kahate hai.n

paa-e-afagaar pe jab se tujhe raham aayaa hai
Khaar-e-raah ko tere ham mehr-e-giyaa kahate hai.n

ik sharar dil me.n hai, us se ko_ii ghabaraayegaa kyaa

us kii har baat pe ham naam-e-Khudaa kahate hai.n
