Mohammad Hafeez "Hafeez Jullundhary" was born on January 14th, 1900 at Jallandhar and died in Pakistan on Dec. 21st, 1982. Hafeez wrote the national anthem of Pakistan. One of his most famous works is "shahnama-e-islam" which records the history of Islam. His other works include "Naghma-e-zaar", "Soz-o-saaz", and "Talkhaba-e-shirin."
